Can we eat nuts along with meals? What will happen if we eat nuts - 1. Just before food 2. In between food 3. After food Will there be any weight increase? Eg. Peanut

Quantity of nuts on daily basis will depend on your body requirements as per your RDA based on your height, weight, BMI, daily energy intake and dietary recall. Recommended quantity of nuts will not increase your weight.

Hi You can have nuts with you meals .. About the weight gain there needs to be a proper amount of consuming nuts so that you take the correct amount for not gaining weight

Ideally nuts( almonds,walnuts,pista, hazelnut etc) are most Nutritious foods in our diet. Its a bundle of vitamin,minerals and protein. The right time to take them is the in snacking but if you have to combine it with food we have to look at your recall and understand your intake.
