Can I take milk with muesli as my dinner meal everyday and does it help in reducing body weight for me.

Hi. Thank you for your query, we will be happy to help you No need of having muesli for dinner.. Instead have your normal meal, just in less quantity and have your dinner earlier than you usually do. This will help you. Apart from that, drink plenty of water everyday. Avoid outside food and have only home cooked meals. You can have sugarfree muesli brand baggrys or harvest crunch some days once a blue moon in dinner if you consume everyday you might get stuck at just one weight. Eat other forms of food like dal rice, roti-dal,pulses-pav keep changing so that your body gets all the nutrients. Dieting is not about eating only soups,salads or fruits.

Eat normal dal rice or khichdi with curd etc. no need fr muesli these cereals are not that good as they claim . Chat directly fr proper detailed plans .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me privately for customized diet plan for you.

For reducing wt not only dinner diet help you. U hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet.. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. Avoid junk food and oily food.

Other dinner options that you could try: 1. 3 tablespoons rice with more dal+ vegetables+ one teaspoon ghee 2. 2 small palm size moong chillas with salad+ coconut chutney 3. One paneer or ghee paratha of your hand size with salad+ curd. All that matters is a balanced meal and your portion sizes.

Hello, Making changes in only in dinner is not going to help u in any way. For permanent weight loss u need to change your lifestyle, and adapt some good eating habits. Like having a balanced diet through out the day, doing 1 hr of exercise everyday.  Most important thing to remember is having same food everyday makes your body habituated to that specific food. And after certain period weight loss process get stopped coz ur body has stopped working on it. When u have variety of foods everyday ur body has to act  on it rigorously and in this way it leads to more burning calories that is ur weight loss.
