Meal plan for  4 year kids
My 4 year old daughter is 12.3 kg. Is it normal. Wat should I include in her diet. I'm giving egg daily n also adding ghee in food. Wat to do I donno.

For 4-year kid, 12.3 kg is low. If your daughter is active, playful, and meeting milestones, that’s a good sign and you need not worry much. Weight alone is not the only indicator of health.  Here are a few more things you can include in her diet along with eggs and ghee: - Include cow milk with nuts and makhana powder - Include aloo parathas or vegetable stuffed parathas in her meal.  - Give besan or atta laddoo with jaggery, powdered nuts and ghee which will give her calories.  - Include protein in both meals like dals, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, and paneer. - Give her small and frequent meals. - Include fruits milkshakes as they are energy and nutrient dense. - Include vitamin C rich foods like oranges, berries, amlas to boost immunity. If she falls ill frequently, consult your pediatrician.

The ideal intake for this age group should be as follows Cereals & Millets 210 g Wheat, rice, suji, poha, ragi, bajra, multigrain roti Pulses & Legumes 45 g Moong dal, chana dal, rajma, chana, besan, soy nuggets Milk & Milk Products 300 ml Cow milk, curd, paneer, fortified milk Roots & Tubers 100 g Potato, sweet potato, arbi, carrot Green Leafy Vegetables 50 g Spinach, methi, bathua, amaranth leaves Other Vegetables 50 g Lauki, tori, beans, pumpkin, cucumber Fruits 100 g Banana, apple, mango, orange, papaya Sugar & Jaggery 25 g Jaggery in ladoo, halwa; limited sugar in milk or kheer Fats & Oils 25 g Ghee, mustard oil, groundnut oil, nuts (almond, peanut), butter Eggs / Meat (optional) 3–4 eggs/week or 50g meat/day For non-vegetarians: adds iron, B12, protein

Yes you can add definitely ghee and egg ✅ ghee Safe and in moderation Rich in healthy fats, support brain development, Digestion and immunity 1-2 tsp . Daily sufficient ✅eggs : Excellent source of protein High quality of protein, choline , vitamin D , B12 and iron 1egg per day is fine Tips : Hydration: Ensure she’s drinking enough water,especially with ghee In diet Variety: Includes colourful vegetables, fruits, whole grains and pulses Avoid : Too much package foods , fried items or sugary snacks

Hi Is your daughter in the same percentile of weight, or is it a recent change? If so, then talk to a paediatrician. Most likely, if she’s physically active, energetic, has a good appetite and sound sleep, it should be good. Other things you could include in her diet are more sources of protein and healthy fats. Weight is little low generally kids have 16 kg at least Understand what is going wrong better to discuss over consultation And don't add ghee too much seperately but use as Cooking medium for them
