Hello dear, You can give your child vitamin A rich food like 1.papaya 2.orange 3.mango 4.green veggies 5.fish if you are non vegetarian. 6.carrot If your child is choosy you can give fruits in the form of juice and vegetables as veg stuffed paratha.

Hi The best vitamin for the eyes is vitamin A. You can get vitamin A from coloured fruits and vegetables. Few vitamin A rich sources are as follow 1. Cod liver oil. 2. Eggs. 3. Make a healthy lifestyle,70%diet and 30% exercise help in reduce weight . Do’s- use skimmed/single tonned milk (300) ml daily Use curd and paneer made up from the single tonned milk also Use olive,rice bran , mustard,saffola or sunflower oil etc. Drink 8-10 glass of water daily and walk 15-30 minutes is advisable Don’t- avoid sugar and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables like potato, arbhi , zimikand, sweet potato etc Avoid fried, processed, packaged, canned,tinned etc. avoid pickles and papads etc.
