Loss of appetite
For the past few days I have completely lost my appetite. I feel hungry but cannot bring myself to prepare a meal for myself. I live alone and since being on lockdown I have prepared a few meals but have stopped feeling like eating altogether in the last few days. I have hyperacidity and I know I should eat but cannot bring myself to do it. I feel sad and sometimes start crying. Also a little paranoid and have started making up scenarios in my head.

Hi Thanks for your query .. Every situation in life is temporary... If life is temporary on earth and then other situations that arise with time are all the more very very temporary and doesn't last for long.. Do kindly focus on your physical state rather than the psychological distress... if you correct your physical state of being, automatically the psychological state of mind also improves withing sometime... As healthy body is healthy mind.. and vice-versa .. So first please focus on correcting your small physical problems and once they are cleared.. then you can surely start fixing psychological issues as well..

for Hyperacidity, you can adopt small frequently  regular timely meals, plenty of water , coconut water, more of seasonal vegetables and fruits, high fiber, balanced meals with nutrient density.. with more focus on quality of food rather than quantity.. more of curds and buttermilk for probiotics ( not so sour), plant proteins, less of spices and condiments, low refined carbs and consume complex carbs, nobti deep fried and fried items at all, complete no to outside foods, being physically active all day long, not skipping breakfast for good metabolic kickstart for the rest of your day, on time meals, small meals at regular intervals.. consume foods such as cucumbers, watermelons, melons, apples, Gourd vegetables , onions, that contain more water and have  cooling effect on body as well as on the mind .. for Appetite have more of fruit juices with pulp and 1 tablespoon honey , items made of khajoor etc..till your complaint goes of completely...

Add a tsp of ghee to your daily  diet especially in dal which is very helpful as ghee is low in GI, and good for digestion as well.. or can have a tsp of ghee on the empty stomach daily as it's highly beneficial in taking so.. for the stomach especially like for appetite and for Hyperacidity as well..

Hi. I must advice you to control your mind by some ways.  This is situation for you temporary which I find for others also.  Any good foods you can eat. Do some good effective yoga in early morning and evening.  Have plenty of fruits, liquid foods.  Small and frequent meals. Sleep min 7 hrs. Do some physical exercise to keep your mind fresh. This also increase your hunger and taste. Feel better like this ways

well dear, don't panic. Make a full use of the lockdown. Follow the usual routine like get up on time.. do yoga or exercises with music if possible. this will help you to be in good mood all the day. Follow the proper timing of meals, this will relieve your acidity. Keep your self busy with any work as cleaning up kitchen, doing utensils, making wardrobe. Eat fruit as banana, apple, orange between the meals.

Hi May be because of lockdown you are feeling that. Talk to your friends and family be happy everything will be fine Start meditation, yoga do daily 30 min exercise at home that will work. Drink 3 lit water Sleep 7-8 hours

Hi, Looks like you are isolated and under depression. Please keep yourself occupied doing things that you like.Keep sipping water every hour, Eat fruits, Nuts. Have an Orange or Pineapple with your meal.This will improve your appetite. Also have milkshake for breakfast if you are not hungry. Eat small frequent meals but do not keep your stomach empty for more than 2 hours. Have cold milk to reduce acidity.
