Is it ok. To. Eat lots of fruits
Respected mam or sir plz tell me in every morning after doing brushing my teeth I. Mostly eat full. One  Plate fruits just like watermelon. Papaya. Carrot. Beetroot all. Mix is it ok. To. Eat a full. Plate fruits in. Morning in. An empty stomach and also plz tell me while doing zym. In evening I want to. Know it any juice is good to. Carry with me in a zym. To. Drink. It... Plz let me knows

Hi You can have all fruit juice separately and vegetable juice separately... I order to have complete benefit , proper bioavailability and nutrition out of them... And for evening time you can carry some juice from home no harm...just make sure that it’s home made fresh juice...

Do not mix carrot, beetroot with fruits it might be harmful. Either take fruits only or vegetables only

Hi Having a fruit is fine for the morning but should be taking in limited quantity. After work out you can have a glass off tender coconut water.

Yes eating fruits early morning be fore gym is ok. During gym I don't think u need anything .After completing gym give atleast 30 min and take a freshfruit juice/ lemonjuice/ buttermilk/ cold milk with dryfruit mix powder.
