Hi doctor. I work from 9 pm to 6 am. What is the right time for meals. Right now I'm able to have only two meals one at 2 or 3 pm as soon as I get up and another one at 9 or 10pm. Please let me at exactly what time I should consume each meal? Thanks in advance

Lost 9 kg weight in 4 months.

My height is 170cm. My earlier weight was 94kg but after 45 min indoor cycling and diet control (quit smoking as well) my current weight is 85 kg. My concern is weight loss am I losing much weight or is it safe. I am taking diet high in fibre and protein. Reduced cabs intake and not feeling any weakness. My diet Breakfast: oats / Dalia/ + 2 egg whites + Sprouts boiled Afternoon snacks: peanut/almonds+ apple Lunch: 2 roti+sabji+curd+salad+dal evening snack: mung dal cheela/ chana+black coffee Dinner: 1 roti+dal 2 bowl + sabji+ salad before sleeping 1 glass of milk with ensure powder. Is my diet ok (sabji= not taking potato) is my diet safe.

Need help for weight loss

Hi. I am morbidly obese 27 year old female. I am not the stereotypical obese who stuffs her face with food and sits in a place all day long. I am a hard worker, I work as well as manage my house while looking after my Schizophrenic mother. All of this barely leaves time for me to look after myself. I need help because I feel I'm not pushing myself to do anything.
