This food timing that you r following is excellent n appropriate for a healthy lifestyle . Since your body is in habit of taking the meals in this pattern any change in time keeps your stomach empty for a long time n this causes giddiness. Because of low haemoglobin level you might feel fatigue n irritated . A food plan rich in iron can help you increase your haemoglobin levels n help you feel relaxed n energetic throughout . Check my fb page gudlifediets n message me for proper guidance .
Health Tips
