What is the ideal Hungry time of Stomach
What is the ideal Hungry time of Stomach? My Stomach feels hungry and follows this pattern. Is this pattern correct or incorrect??? Breakfast: 8 AM Lunch: 12 PM Snacks: 5 PM Dinner: 8 PM Digestion time Between Breakfast & Lunch - 4 hours (8AM to 12PM) Digestion time Between Lunch & Snacks - 5 hours (1PM to 5PM) Digestion time Between Snacks & Dinner - 2 hours (6PM to 8PM)

It looks fine but again I think  only you are the one who knows when you are really hungry . Everybody is different so it is difficult to tell you your bodies digestion clock . If you feel really hungry eat that time . Take small portion meal ,so it will be digested soon .

Long gap between 12 to 5pm Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet. E/M 8-9am,mid morning 11am short snacks, lunch 2pm,evening snacks 5pm,dinner 8.00pm. Bed time milk 1cup.

Hello Practo user There should some thing in between 8to12 around 10am. And between lunch and snacks around 3.30 or 4pm or you can shift your evening snack time to 4.30 and lunch to 12.30

Hello Normally food get digedted after 2 hours  n some protein take more time Have small freqent meal after 2 n 2n half hrs 5 to 6 meals Depends individuals diegestion system

Hello, One must eat after every 3 hrs. So as to reduce the long gaps between the meals. Long gaps help in development of acid which is not required and can be harmful

Hi As per your timings I can see you are giving a big gap in your meals.You should eat small and frequent meals. Big gaps are not good for you as that can have ill effects on your health. _________________________ Try to take in between snack between breakfast and lunch And lunch and dinner. _________________________ I would recommend you to meet a Dietician for a consultation and assessment as per your Time Schedule, your medical history and your Diet Schedule too. _________________________
