My Son is very weak
My son weight is 15 kg 400 grams. His diet is 2 to 3 rotis wid sabzi or dal in a day. He is very fond of biscuits and eating biscuits very frequently daily. He is drinking milk daily and banana on alternate day. I don't know why his weight is not increasing. Please suggest.

Muscles and Nutrition
I am 39 yr and wt 77kg as of today. I am trying to be muscular since many years. I reduce weight with diet and exercise and usually range between 75 to 80 kg. In so many years I am unable to see any remarcable change in muscularity. I feel like its only fat which increases and decreases 80-90% and muscle is just 10%.
I am on calory deficit around 1500-1600 per day with 70-80 gm protin Fish Oil Multivitamin
I have a sitting job and no physical activity (walking standing etc) aprat from daily exercise
I accumulate fat around my lower abdomen and chest and back.
I do 10 min HIIT 20-25 min trademill walking and 30-45 min weight training 6 days a week
My goal is to be between 70- 75 kg and muscular.
Need guidance which can help here.

Stubborn fat issue.
Hi, i want to check if there is any solution for having excessive fat like i was on 25% body fat and now i am around 16% fat but according to my genetics i am stoeing stubborn fat on chest and side abdominal/ over obliques, My fat loss is now halted seems my metabolism is now adjusted, how do i again start loosing the fat while keeping all muscle i have? I want to remove all the subcutaneous fat from my body. What would be the best and permanent way to do it?
