Need to cut down on my weight.
Hi, As per my specifics, I am currently overweight and it is majorly due to sitting job and WFH. I am not following any routine, is just the evening hours of the job leaves me with hardly any time to follow anything or may be I am lazy. I need to cut down on my weight as my thyroid also came a little high last week. This is the first time since WFH initiated from last year that my weight have gone to 65kgs. I really need you to recommend me a diet plan considering my office hours are from 18:00 - 3:00. Also, what exercise do I start with. It would be great if you could assist me with it. For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.
