U have to adopt to some dietary changes. Include 50 percent of ur food intake with vegetables. Take millets,wholegram,wholegrain,red rice,unpolished grains flour.restrict intake of refined food. As maida. Include 2 to 3 tsf of ghee ,2 to 3 tsf of groundnut or till or sunflower oil in ur food. Include till roasted in ur curry,gravy. food atleast4-5 days in a week. Take soaked raw greengram daily in ur breakfast.take horsegram soaked,cooked twice in a week. Have good excercise walking for 1 hr daily. Reduce intake of bewerages coffee tea  soft drinks. Take buttermilk,seasonal fruits ,tendercoconut water.

Hi,Here are a few tips that will help you:- Exercise 40-45 minutes 4-5 times a week. Eat small frequent meals every 2 -3 hours Eat protein rich diet (especially post workout, it will help in building muscle) and improve metabolism. Eat proper breakfast, as 40% of day's energy comes from breakfast. Include healthy fat in your diet like nuts - almonds and walnuts, seeds like pumpkin, watermelon, sunflower seeds, etc. Eat fiber rich diet, it will help to gain early satiety and help you feel full - include fruits and vegetables in your diet avoid junk food, oily food, processed or canned foods.
