Hello, To answer how many kilos you can lose weight in a month entirely depends on your eating patterns, sleep schedule, workout routine, and if any existing medical conditions. To answer your question, you can lose 3-4 kgs in a month in a healthy way. Focus on healthy weight loss and not on rapid weight loss. Weight loss journey may be frustrating, but with right proportion of each aspect of sleep, exercise, diet, and mental health will be fruitful for you. Morning walk of 20-30 mins daily will help you to make your mind more calm. Detox water is must and first thing in the morning as this will help your to reduce weight and improve metabolism. Next thing is, avoid sugar foods and desserts. Then avoid processed foods like chips and Namkeen and carbonated/soft drinks. Include protein rich foods especially in the breakfast as it will provide lasting energy.
