Hello,
I understand your concern and worry for your child. Please make sure she is drinking lots of water , provide high protein foods, cut down on oily food and outside food.
I advise you to not push her too much as this can stress out the child as well. Please understand that this age is very sensitive and she will lose all the fat as she moves to the teenage years. Being healthy and active is most important.
A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan for her which can work.
