I am 27 yrs old benagli, non vegetarian male. Concerning for overweight. Since when i started WFH, i gain 10 kg weight in 6 month. I do workout 2-3 times in a week, i sleep 5-6 hrs in a day . I do sitting job from home, and i am stressed also for office pressure, i work daily 10-12 hrs. I need some plan to loss the weight fast and safe.
