I'm preparing for physical exam, specially preparing for running test. But overweight is being a problem.

Its important to consult  for a personalized diet plan to prepare for your physical test. If you are overweight it will be a problem. You can consult with me on practo. You need to loose weight in a healthy manner.  Drastically reducing your weight will make you loose your stamina .

Hi. Please share 1 st your complete information so that I can help you. If you are overweight you need to take low calorie diet plan. You need to take balance diet Avoid junk food fried food, maida and it's products eat fruits, drink enough water you can take coconut water, butter milk, lemon water without sugar, cut down sugar,oil, prossed food.

Hi, To reduce weight more information is required, like present weight, height, how much weight you need to reduce, dietary habits etc. You can include more fresh fruits, vegetables and complex carbohydrates along with good quality protein for the strength of muscles. Do different kinds of exercises which will burn fat mass. Hydrate youself enough and avoid fast and processed food.
