I am 19 my height is 5feet 1 inch my weight is 80 kgs I am overweight and fat what should be my ideal weight and how many calories should I consume a day in order to loose weight with brisk walking for 30 mins a day Please answer Thanks

Your ideal weight should be 55kgs. but you should maintain it around 53-54kgs. I would say that in the weight loss journey You should include and exclude certain foods, do some different types of exercise which will work only brisk walk won't work. I would like to suggest to consult me personally for customized diet plans that will mot oy benefit you in loosing weight even it will boost up your overall health. Hi your ideal weight should be around 55 kgs. So you need to loose 25 kg .. and if you are are disciplined you can do it im 6 months. You should consume around 1200kcal a day. If you could increase your exercise time ie 45 min to 1 hr you will see faster results.

Hi As per your age, weight and height your present BMI is 33.7 which indicates as obesity level 2. Your ideal body weight in kgs as per your present weight, height and age should be around  44.9 - 49.9..only. 1000 to 1200 calories per day by vegetarian diet is mostly recommended... Hi. If you are doing brisk walk for half an hour make it for 40 minutes at least. Take warm water at the starting of your day. Add porridges and other salt free meal in your breakfast Take a seasonal fruit during the the day preferably during day time. Apples are good at this time so you can add one Early dinner will be helpful to you Plenty of water will be helpful for detoxification Get your constitution done ( vaat/ pitta/ kapha) and take specific diet as per the routine
