My uncle is overweight.. He finds it hard to do anything freely.. Even if he tries for a diet. It jus doesn't work for him.. If there is any medicine that can help him lose weight!! Any suggestions..

Hi it's not a diet but the lifestyle that be needs to change.. medicines don't help.. infact they have more side effects.. he needs to change his lifestyle and make sure to exercise daily for an hour.
