For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss.
2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily.
3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups.
4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day.

All depends upon your metabolism.
If you are not gaining weight and you are not feeling dizzy in the morning then its fine.
Be active and include physical activity on a regular base.
Prefer lighter dinner at night.. The lighter the meal the better is digestion and so you feel better at night. If possible take 2-3 roti, 1 fruit apart from banana.. Try to include veggies Milk can be taken lukewarm 60 minutes before sleep

If you have a good metabolic rate, then having 5 phulka is not going to affect you. Fruits can be taken during evening or mid morning as a snack giving some gap between the meal time. Also dinner is best to be taken atleast 2 hours before bed time. This will help with better digestion.
