Hello. I am 27 years old. I was almost non active to workout from many years but from the last 15 days i realised that my belly is increasing day by day so i started little workout. I am underweight so i want to increase the weight and for that I try to consume more and more calories daily. But only my belly is increasing and other body part is as it is. What is problem behind it?. I don't want to increase my stomach only as I know it is hardest part to tone it later and on the other side I also want to increase my weight so i can not cut off my diet and keep fast. So please tell me how to tackle this?.

Just by adding calories we won't be able to gain weight in a healthy way. Include more protein foods like pulses, legumes, eggs, chicken fish, paneer, whole grains along with more vegetables and fruits. This will help to add muscle mass. Floor exercises concentrating on the tummy will help keep the stomach area fit and toned.
Thank you
