For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : Maintain meal gaps of not more than 3hrs. To boost up your metabolism and helps in weight loss. Include barley tea and dandelion tea in your diet. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Walk at least 10-12k steps in a day. Drink 3-4lts of water per day.

Start including salads and herbal smoothie in your diet plan. Herbal smoothie should be made of green leaves (spinach, amaranth, lauki leaves), fruit(guava, apple, papaya) with pink salt, lemon and cinnamon 1/4 cup water. Hi, Good morning! Reducing belly fat takes time. The ideal way to do go about it is to make changes to your eating habits and starting toe exercise even if it is for 5- 10 minutes a day. Any other powder or health drink will not give you long term benefit and may actually not be safe.
