I don't have fat in my face, hands or legs. But, there is a lot of fat in my belly. What should I do to get a flat belly. Should I cut out added sugar completely?

Only sugar is not responsible for weight/ fat loss. You need to take balanced meals comprising all nutrients, water intake should be good, time discipline should be there for all meals. Above all maintain a good exercise regime. For abdominal fat do the specific exercise for that area.
