Fat in Belly
I don't have fat in my face, hands or legs. But, there is a lot of fat in my belly. What should I do to get a flat belly. Should I cut out added sugar completely?

Cutting out sugar will not help.. As stress is the biggest contributor to belly fat. Pls take an appointment for consultation as this can be resolved

Hi, Only sugar is not responsible for weight/ fat loss. You need to take balanced meals comprising all nutrients, water intake should be good, time discipline should be there for all meals. Above all maintain a good exercise regime. For abdominal fat do the specific exercise for that area. Hope this helps.
