Recently I have under gone annual medical test, where it was diagnosed as high cholesterol ( 230) and fatty liver physician has asked to take vit_e tabs for month. During this month i have reduced intake of food and any oils. Though my cholesterol levels did not got reduced they are at 230 still. how to handle this.
