Dear Doctor ,
I am 24 year old female and my weight is 41 kgs. I do not have any existing medical issues but dealing with stress and eating disorders. I want to gain weight and for that I am planning to take below medicine routine along with healthy diet.
11 a.m : Ashwagandha + Shatavari 1 tablet each
After lunch : Liv 52 tablet - 1
After Dinner : Liv 52 tablet - 1
Before sleep : Zincovit multivitamin
Please doctors suggest me if I can continue this routine . I really want to improve my general health and I will be very thankful for the replies.

My vitamin B12 and D is very low
