Wanted to start weight loss supplement

Hi, i want to start weight loss supplement but not sure if they are safe or not. I am working out daily and having a proper diet but to fast-track the process want to use these supplements, my trainer suggested me to take carbamide forte keto fat burner capsules since there are natural ingredients and not much side effects. But still want a professional suggestion to further start taking these supplements.

Lethargy and no energy during the day

I have taken diet plan and is eating healthy and also doing yoga everyday but still I feel energy less during the whole day..Moreover I have constant pain in my legs specially the left leg..My periods are painful.. My dietician is clueless for the same..My diet is proper (no fad diets) which include proper meals... I wake up at 5 everyday.. I sleep for min 7 hrs.. What might be the issue??? Ok

Extra supplements

I was feeding my baby girl vitamin d3 and iron for first one year after birth.
