For weight reduction firstly i need to check the reports + lactating women requires more nutrient as compared to non lactating women. So lets connect and then discuss it in detail.
The protein rich less carb diet is advisable. Drink lots of water and stop outside food completely.
For exercise start with walking first, 20 mins both morning and evening. After that you can start with other forms of cardio like jogging etc. Weight training with 1 or 2kg dumbbells at first is also preferable.
