As per BMI, height, age, ur idial Weight should be 68 to 70 kg.and now you carrying 9kg extra weight.swiming will help you but not fast it will come down.need weight loss diet plans along with swimming.than with in 3 months can reduce 10 kg.dor details can call or visit me.

You are supposed to loose your weight by atleast 2-3 kgs per month which is healthy enough so that you don't regain all the lost weight after certain period of time.

Gud evening u need to follow a healthy balanced diet with some other forms of exercises like brisk walking or jogging or running or cycling for 30-45mins early morning along with that early sleeping stress management n proper water intake should be done.
