It is difficult to do exercise, suggest me what should i do , please tell me what should I eat for quick result.

Banana with Rice is increasing hunger. If I eat banana along with rice it's making me feel more hungry and makes me to eat more and more. I eat banana before going to bed inorder to get good sleep and proper motion. I am aware both banana and rice are high in GI but both are around 70. Whats the effect of combining fruit with rice? Whats the reason for sudden increase in hunger? Who can explain this correctly??
