Weight gain
My husband's height 5'10" and weight is 92kg. He was already overweight and gained 10 kg in last one year. Because of this he has got high BP issue and prediabetic symptoms. Please recommend what can be done. Physicians say that weight loss will be the solution for all abnormal values in his report.

Certainly maam weight loss is the solution but there are detail meticulous technique to carry that out. It night sound demotivating at first listening about it at first. But with proper guidance and diet plan tailor made for patient, it becomes a smooth journey.
Next Steps
Increase Dietary fibre i.e Salads / Aerobic activity atleast 30 min/day / I will surely try my best to give a road map accorgingly
