Please help. I'm very scared.
Recently i thought of downloading a health app which tracks your calorie intake. I'm absolutely shocked. My calorie intake is 800 calories per day. Everyone is saying it's too low. But i have been like this for very long.. atleast 2 years... I feel fine. I don't know why i feel fine. Infact, i became scared and tried to increase my calorie intake and i felt very sick. Am i going through some sort of eating disorder that I'm not aware of? My details- I'm a female Height: 5'1 Weight: 47 kgs. Lifestyle: i am studying and i like to walk sometimes. Little activity. I don't look very thin. I look normal. Eating habits - I eat 2 meals per day. Morning and night. I'm not very fond of eating lunch. Please tell your opinion.

Hi! Your bmi- is on the normal side but if u loose even 1 kg u’ll get underweight + your description does not seem like you are having healthy diet and proper diet as per your body’s requirement If we eat less our metabolism gets slow which either makes your hunger strike after every few hours or makes u feel full everytime I would suggest you to discuss with your doctor and then we can make a good diet plan according to your reports ti heal your body. There’s nothing to worry about, infact I am here to help
