I want to loose my weight mainly belly Fat .How can I do that ?. I play football 2-3 times a week and also do cycling sometimes but still not able to reduce the fat .

Hi Along with some physical activity, you need to include balanced diet as well to loose fat and increase muscle mass. Spot reduction is not possible as workout will loose fat from your whole body , you just need to workout on the required area more often
