From past 1 week whenever I was eating or drinking my stomach was hurting everytime and suffering from gas also. So after ultrasound report it came fatty liver grade 1 File is attached for the same. What to eat and what to avoid in this condition. Weight-89 kg Height- 5.6 ft

Hi Fatty liver needs to be taken care of by including healthy home based diet and excluding all the outside food.

Gud morning try to have a low fat healthy fiber rich diet with 30-45mins f early morning exercise like brisk walking or jogging,yoga etc to reduce extra weight.

Hello Losing weight will definitely help with the symptoms. Follow a balanced diet with inclusion of whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Include vitamin E rich sources of foods like sunflower seeds and almonds. Avoid deep fried and oily foods.
