Inch loss

I have reduced 4 Kgs in a month and currently I am weighing 91.2 Kgs. I follow healthy diet and workout daily (cardio + weight training). The problem is I have not lost any inch apart from a little from the stomach and hip area and the weight loss is not visible also, though loosing 4 Kgs is not a major change? Is this is a healthy reduction?

Substitute for milk

I am 47 years and my weight is 35 kg. I have been drinking half a litre milk from long time. These days I feel it is creating problems. So I want to stop it. But I am scared of osteoporosis as my Mom has it. Also I am weak and looks like my kidney can't process proteins. I am also getting calcium stones due to uric acid. I am having thyroid too and suffer from constipation. Looks like my gut has problem so lot of food sensitivity issues Please suggest milk substitute.

Rapid weight loss, omega3

Hello doctor, I'm on my weight loss regime. For the past five days, I'm working out regular at the gym. I'm using salmon omega3 fatty acids three times a day, in the form of soft gels. I'm consuming nearly 800 grams of wheat in the form of chapatis, which means nearly 3500 calories every day. I lost two kgs of weight within five days. Is it healthy to lose two kgs in five days? Now what should I do? Should I increase my food intake or should I decrease my physical activities? Help me. Thank you.

I have problems with high cholesterol hdl 34.vldl50.ldl108.tc210and tri241. I have feel sometimes very loose in my body like at that time I am not able to do any work sit at on place like bodily weakness after sometime again feel good like that nothing to happen with me. I want to know high cholesterol symptoms and some good food to lower my triglycerides quickly??? And it happen only for 1/2 an hour feeling bodily loose mostly one time in a day after taking lunch most of Time.. plz tell me how to overcome triglycerides an do daily walking 2 km and do yoga daily basis.
