Very Skinny body
I have been skinny all my life as i can remember. I never thought about it much but now I think it's affecting my health.
I feel lazy and tired all the time, sleep a lot, pain in back, lack stamina and physical strength. I am also being affected by it psychologically. I have social anxiety because of it and I also lack self confidence.
I am not sure what type of doctor to approach.

I am presently undergoing weight training. My weight is 62 kgs and height is 5.7' . I am 24 years old.
My query was regarding the exercises and the diet that I need to follow. The major problem is of fat at the stomach.
So it would be great if I have diet which is good for muscle gain and also control stomach fat.
Also please suggest the appropriate exercises for the same.

Slim thighs and hips
Hello i am 18 year old guy. My weight is 84 kg and height is 5 feet 9 inches. From birth i feel that have large thighs and hips. My waist is 38 inches and my hips are 44 inches. My thighs are 28 inches. I do cardio and do a lot of workout. I eat a balanced diet and take whey protein. Last month i lost 5 kgs but i didnt see a difference in my thighs. They are so huge. My upper body is very slim with little or no fat. I dont have any fat in my arms. I cannot find a pair of jeans. Please help me and advice me on how to slim my thighs and hips.
