I want to gain weight. my weight is 58 and height 5'10". Should i do excessive workouts or normal workout?

Normal workout with the right kind of foods. Do not push your strength training sessions to more than 1.5hrs. you do not need cardio exercises as much as strength exercises to give stimulus to your muscles to grow. Hence workout Nutrition is extremely important to help build muscle.
