Eggshells for calcium ?
I sometimes eat a small piece of eggshell of boiled egg grinding into small powder with the help of my teeth. Is it good or can cause some problem ??

Hello, I went through your query, even though there are no much studies, there are few studies that agree that eating eggshells(powdered) are also one of the way of consuming calcium as dietary supplement. But there are other things which are rich in calcium like milk and milk products, custurd apple is rich source of calcium. Morning 5min exposure to sun increases vitamin d synthesis in body, helps to absorb more calcium.
