How many boiled eggs a day?
Good evening team I would like to know how much of boiled eggs a day is safe? As I kept mastrubating a lot i happened to suffer from memory impairment. Eating 2 boiled eggs a day helped me in recovering from side effects of mastrubation. My memory drastically improved. Later I realised my brain needs atleast 580g of choline and that each egg gives 160g of choline. So can I consume 4 full boiled eggs a day egg whites along with egg yolk? Please advise how much is good?

It looks like Your BMI seems to be higher side  so although eggs are good sources of all nutrients the yolks contain a good amount cholesterol so it is better to include not more than 2 yolks and 4 whites on a everyday day basis   this isin consideration with  your other protein and calorie intake for the day .
Next Steps
