Which is better? Consuming egg in a raw form by putting it in milk? Or Boiling the egg and eating it? Which is more nutritious?? Thank you.

Hello, We understand your feeling and your query. There would be equal amount of nutrient in both boiled and raw eggs but. If you consider taking raw egg along with milk that would be good but you would loose your biotin. By this vitamin deficiency there would be rashes, hair loss, unhealthy look of skin etc. We would suggest you to take boiled egg than raw egg. Thank you

Egg is nutritious in both ways raw or cooked It has protein of high biological value and yolk is rich in vit A
