Hiii, Can we drink tea or coffee after eating 2 eggs? I heard that after eating eggs if we drink tea or coffee or milk, there are side effects on skin or body. Which is true?

Not really However I will not suggest as tea n coffee have components that interfere with the absorption of iron from eggs

Hello user, There is no side effect after eating eggs with coffee or tea The only thing have a check on sugar which you put in your tea and coffee. Well if you personally feel any gastric trouble having this combination then space out your beverage and eggs consumption.
