Are fruits enough ?
Hi i play football from 930 to 1100 in the night, so what i do is i take early dinner at around 730 and then i come back from football and have 1 apple, carrot and orange. So is it enough? I do not prefer eating anything else like proper meal because then I'll be sleeping in sometime. Can you suggest me something good?

Hi welcome - you are a sportsman do you need high calorie enrichment with quality protein. Take less rice but more chapatti, roti,some time home made parontha. Add always plenty of vegetables, frtuits 4 or ,5 pcs,take 100 gm curd,sweets 2 pcs, banana, groaes,guava are good. Fruit juices,milk,chgana,pander,cheese you can add. If you are interested then add some protein supplement to gain better energy needed for you.
