Hello, From the past few months my weight is changing very little(1-2)kgs but tummy is increased from 39 inches to 43.5 within 4 months. My height is 5.8 and weight is 84. Desk job.

I hear this cool word Healthy weight gain whenever I ask about why weight is increasing after eating egg yolk, coconut meat etc. Infact why weight is increasing if we eat something that says good or healthy? Then what is non healthy weight gain? How different is it from healthy weight gain? Who can explain?

How to eat Whey protein powder? I have been prescribed whey protein powder opti bmi lite for weight reduction. I feel very hungry in the night and I eat for 3hours. I eat carbohydrates. Can someone tell me how to eat whey protein powder? Can regular meals be eaten along with it if I do not feel fuller after eating whey protein? Are there alternatives to protein powders through natural foods? Note: I have recently gained more weight after eating egg yolks and coconut meat. I am unable to reduce it now.

Hello After covid I gained too much weight it's  95 .I have pcos too.Now I am trying to conceive but medicine and injections are not working due to my weight as per my gynac .
