But try not to skip ur lunch and dinner..
Try to have full healthy balanced meal both the time
Skipping of meals can affect ur metabolism.
Try to incorporate variety of options into ur routine so that there will b better absorption

You should not skip meals. At least 3 meals with 2 snacks that could be fruits should be taken. There should be protein, complex carbs, vegetables and salad in all the meals.
Include low fat milk and dairy products in your diet.
Skipping of meals is not a healthy option on longer term.
