Less weight problem
I am 26 years old but I am very lean and  still look like a 18/20years boy. Can you please help how to Know is there any problem or solution for this.

Take high protein foods like eggs, paneer, milk, nuts ( chikki) Curd. Also incoporate muscle gain exercise. And make sure u eat every 2-3 hourly For more detailed diet chart u can connect via practo

Take good nutritious diet which includes milk. Curd, paneer, soya nuggets, whole grains, pulses and legumes. Include nuts and seeds in your daily diet. Have fresh fruits and vegetables, sprouts and keep your self hydrated. Remember to practice mindful eating with gratitude. Go for walk, do exercise and strength training. If you are non vegetarian then you can have egg, fish, chicken. Don't over eat. Consult for personalized diet plan. Thanks

Gud morning no need to worry pls try to have 5 to 6small meals atleast on 3hrs gaps tht too home made foods with some forms of strength gaining exercises like cardio work out n have plenty of water.

It’s not about lean!if your bmi normal then you no need to worry !you want to be nourished body weight please take balanced diet and yoga !kindly get a diet chart with dietician!

Your BMi is 19. 5 kg/m2  which is normal. So dont worry at all. Refular Exercise( strength training ) and balanced diet will help you for sure.
