Can we use Psyllium Husk for long time ?
One of my friend suggested psyllium husk for constipation, cholesterol, fiber supplement. What are all the benefits and side effects if we consume this natural power ? Please share your observation :) Thanks for your response.

Psyllium husk has no side effects and it's good if you face constipation. Constipation is the cause of number of health issues , apart from psyllium husk add salad in every meal,have high fibre diet and drink lot of water to reverse back constipation issue

Gud evening there is certain limitation in using psyllium husk pwd so try to use it only approx 1tbsp in a day not more than that. A proper healthy diet with exercise is also essential.
