Hello doctors, I'm asthmatic and i want to eat chicken biryani but as you know rice is cold in nature so it will be harmful for my health to eat chicken biryani

Resistant starch doesn’t effect your health .. next day rice can be eaten by heating in low flame… and portion control does not cause any health issue.. u can eat but in small In quantity
