I am asking this question about my mother.
1.)she is 53 years old
2.)she is also asthmatic
3.)she has joint pains (mostly in knee)
her weight has always been a problem as long as i can remember she has been that way, but recently she jumped a few kilograms above (now she is 110 kgs) over a period of 5 years. before that she was around 90 kgs. it is very alarming & she needs to lose weight. she used to walk at mornings but due to increasing pain in the joints she doesn't walk at mornings anymore and the doctor who treats her asthma has also forbidden walking in the morning.
is there any way to bring her weight back to her normal 90kg range or even better below that.
