Lactating mother weight loss
I am a lactating mother, my baby is 3months old.. can i follow any diet regime to lose my 20kgs over weight?

Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, congratulations ! Surely you can opt for healthy diets and reduce your weight even when lactating. Diet is not about eating less but about eating right. Correct portions, correct combinations and correct time intervals are very important. If you like you can mail us your details and we can mail you the healthy diet plans to reduce your weight. We also have permanent weight loss treatments but for which patients have to visit us once in a week. So as off now you can start with diet plans.
