Hi It's great you are breast feeding, keep on for few more months, as this is a great way to loose extra weight on your body. But you take good diet, low fat milk, curd, paneer, sprouts, lentils and whole grains. Have plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Cut down on fats, and refined foods. To loose weight increase your physical activity, go for brisk walk in the morning and expose your self to sunshine to get vitamin D and growth hormones along with good hormones will be released which will keep you happy and healthy and helps you in weight loss.

Kindly mention your height and weight also. As far as losing weight is concerned, try to include protein intake in your diet. Add more fibre. eat less more frequently and also min physical activity of 30 minutes daily.

To be very precise I would like to let you know that breast feeding itself is the best way to lose the pregnancy weight ,so continue as long as you can.  simultaneously include a Balanced diet consisting of whole grains,pulses,greens, vegetables & fruits and try to include atleast 15 to 20 minutes of simple physical activity

Gud evening pls try to have a proper balanced diet rich in all essential nutrients with some light forms of exercises for 20 to 30mins daily with proper sleep minimum of 6 hrs in night,adequate water intake more than 2ltrs in a day to loose weight in a healthy way.
