Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and greengram sprouts in every meal.Avoid sugars,carbohydrates as much as possible.
Include millets for rice.
Two/ three tsf ghee in ur meals is healthy to eat.
Almonds,rasins,drydates,walnuts,figs each two a day will complete ur diet.
Walk,exercise,yoga,play sports everyday for an hour atleast.
Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday.
Sleep atleast for six hrs a day leisurely at night.
