Weight loss in night shift
Hi I am 24 years women, working in nigh shift
I am continuously increasing my weight due to u inappropriate eating time and food.
I badly want to loose weight but unfortunately
Nothing is helping me out
Exercise is s as also hard for me as I am working for 12 hrs shift
By reaching home I will be so tired and unable to do anything after taking breakfast.
It would be great if anyone can let me know the pill or tablet which will not let me increase weight.
