Weight gain
I am gaining my weight on regular basis even though my consumption of fast food is so less like about 2 or 3 days in a month and also my thyroid, sugar levels are normal...also i had a surgery for gallstones 10 months back ....then why i am gaining my weight and what can i do to loose it

Hi Check out if u suffering from any medical issues like hypothyroidism or pcos or any other issues wich is y u gaining weight. Consult with best dietician personally along your all reports, they can help out u with few  food modifications, few exercises and remaining individual diet plan.

Gud morning there might be certain underlying reasons like late night sleeping or improper sleeping in night, stress, improper food habits, less water intake in a day, usage of anti biotics, lack of physical activity etc. Yes pls consult your physician at first who have done operation then contact for diet consultation.
